Each Santa letter costs £4.49 (GPB) and includes free worldwide delivery. We may, from time-to-time, offer special discounts. The price is the same for both UK and Non-UK addressed letters.
In addition to the adult's name and address, your Adult Letter From Santa will be personalised based on the choices you make whilst creating the letter. The order screen will guide you through making your choices such as:
- Is the recipient male or female?
- Where will the person be staying on Christmas Eve?
- Your relationship to the recipient
- Most preferred Christmas present
- Whether the house has a chimney or not
- Preferred letter signature (i.e. Santa Claus, Father Christmas or St Nicholas)?
Although we will require the answers to a few questions, most are at your discretion whether you answer them or not.
You will be given the opportunity to view the details to be included in your letter before we take payment. From 1st January up until to the day before the Royal Mail's Last Posting Date (i.e. 18th December 2021 for letters to the UK). We recommend that adult letters from Santa are ordered as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for letters which arrive after Christmas if they are ordered too close to the deadline.
For letters going to a UK address:
Letters will be sent by Royal Mail in the first few days of December for all orders received before this date. For orders received on or after 1st December all letters will be posted out within 48 hours of receipt of the order (usually within 24 hours), up to the Royal Mail's last posting date. You can check the status of your order by using the Track Your Letter option in the menu.
For letters going abroad:
Letters will be posted by airmail in the first few days of December for all orders received prior to this date. For orders received on or after 1st December your letter will be posted by airmail within 48 hours of receipt of the order (usually within 24 hours), up to the Royal Mail's Last Posting Date.
We will send you an e-mail when the letter has been posted. Please note that we have been advised of a few occasions where letters which have been posted together have not arrived at the same time - with 2-3 days difference in some cases. You can check the status of your order by using the Track Your Letter option in the menu.
Yes, we make no extra charge for posting letters outside the UK. Please remember that letters being sent abroad will need to be posted much earlier than letters being posted to UK addresses.
We accept the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta and Visa Electron. Unfortunately we have no facility to accept orders when payment is by cheque or cash.
You may have been given a 'Voucher Code' through promotional material. Entering the Voucher Code on the payment page will either change the cost of the letters, or allow us to track letters ordered for a particular charity and make the donation at the end of the order period.
We use WorldPay to process our credit/debit card payments. WorldPay is a well established company specialising in electronic payment processing and for added security you are directed to their secure server to enter your card details. Your card details and are not seen or stored by ourselves.
No. We have a policy of not passing order details on to any other company. Our company is registered with the Information Commissioner as required by the Data Protection Act - registration number Z2442169. We will only send e-mails to the e-mail address supplied by you when placing orders and will remove you from the mailing list as soon as you request us to.
